SiteScano manually tested jullyvell.com the way a real customer would use it. Our analyst opened every link in the navigation and footer, read the shipping, refund, privacy and terms pages, tried the contact form and order tracking, examined a full product listing and looked up the company and address given in the footer. Everything below is what we found on the site itself, with screenshots taken during the review.
1The contact form and About page do not exist
The footer, the FAQ and every product page say "open the contact form". That link goes to /pages/contact-us, which returns a 404. The homepage's "Read our story" button goes to /pages/about-us, also a 404. The only working channel is a single email address, with no way to verify who is answering.
2The business details do not describe a business
The store says it is owned by DR LIBERTY LLC at 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801. That suite is the office of Registered Agents Inc., a company-formation and mail-forwarding service. Thousands of anonymous LLCs list the same address; there is no shop, warehouse or staff there, only an agent who receives legal mail. DR LIBERTY LLC has no footprint beyond a bare registry listing, and Wyoming does not require it to name its owners.
The EIN in the footer looks reassuring, but the IRS offers no public lookup, so nobody can check it. The phone number, +1 931 253 0538, uses area code 931, which serves Middle Tennessee. The company is registered in Wyoming. Support hours are quoted in Mountain Time, and Tennessee is on Central. Three geographies, none of which agree.
3All four policy pages are blank
The Shipping, Refund, Privacy and Terms of Service pages each show a heading and nothing else. The Shopify templates were created and never filled in. A crawler sees the URL respond and ticks "essential pages present"; a person sees an empty page. Meanwhile the FAQ and product pages promise free tracked shipping in 3-8 days, 90-day returns with no restocking fee and refunds within 7 days, and link to these blank pages for "full details". There is no return address anywhere on the site, product pages add in small print that return shipping is the customer's cost, and the store collects email and payment data with no privacy policy at all. If something goes wrong, there are no published terms to hold the seller to.
4Order tracking is a dead link
"Track Your Order" sits in the main menu and the footer and points to /apps/parcelpanel, the URL of a Shopify tracking app that was never installed. The browser returns a raw HTTP 404. A store that expects to ship parcels installs tracking before it takes orders; this one added the menu item and skipped the app.
5A weeks-old catalogue, bulk-imported
The product photos carry upload dates between 2 and 17 September 2026. The store logo went up the day the domain was registered, but the products only appeared one to three weeks before this review. The image files are random UUIDs rather than product names, the pictures inside descriptions are served from a third-party CloudFront bucket under a user_… path (a listing-generator tool, not a brand's own photography), sizing runs S to 5XL, and every item sits in a flat $49.95-$89.95 band with strike-through "sale" anchors on a store with no sales history. The About blurb even promises "dresses, knitwear and shoes"; the site sells no dresses. This is the standard footprint of a dropshipping store built to run for a season.
