Questions before you buy
Does buying a plan improve my trust score?
No, and nobody here can arrange it. Analysts cannot see billing status, and we do not accept payment to create, alter, suppress or remove a report or a review. A review platform that sells outcomes has nothing left worth reading, so this is not something we offer at any price.
Customers do often see their score rise — because a clean site with valid SSL and no blacklist entries scores better on the same evidence everyone else is measured against.
What if my site gets hacked while I am on Monitor?
Monitor tells you fast but does not include cleanup. You can upgrade to Protect at any point, or buy the $99 one-off cleanup. Either way you get the full findings immediately — we do not withhold what we found to pressure an upgrade.
Do you need access to my server?
Monitoring needs none at all. It works from the outside, the way a visitor sees your site, so you can start today without touching your hosting.
Cleanup does need SFTP or hosting panel access. You grant it when an incident starts and revoke it the moment the incident closes. We log every action taken under that access and include the log in your report.
How long does cleanup take?
Most infections are removed within 24 hours of getting access. Delisting adds one to three days on average, because each provider re-crawls on its own schedule. Anyone promising same-day delisting across all engines is describing something they do not control.
Can I pay for one site now and add more later?
Yes. Sites are added from the dashboard and billed pro rata for the remainder of your period. From 10 sites, volume pricing applies automatically — you do not have to ask for it.
What counts as one site?
One registrable domain, including its subdomains. A staging subdomain is covered on Response; on other plans it is a separate site if you want it scanned.
Is there a free trial?
There is no time-limited trial, because 14 days of an uncompromised site tells you nothing. Instead, the reputation checker is free and unlimited — run it on your own domain right now and you will see exactly what our scanning finds before paying anything.
