A domain appearing here means someone asked about it, nothing more. It is not a list of scams, and being on it is not an accusation.
Clusters matter
Several new domains appearing together with near-identical templates and the same registrar usually means one operator launching a batch. That pattern is more informative than any single score.
Very new domains
Anything under a month old scores cautiously by design. Most legitimate businesses are not launching a checkout in week one, and most fake shops are.
High scores still get checked
Plenty of entries here are ordinary, well-run sites. People check because they have not heard of a brand, not because something went wrong.
